4to (207 x 132 mm). 141 leaves (of 142, lacking final blank): a8 b-d6 e-r8 s6 t6(-t6). Initial spaces. Recent vellum. Small hole in t5 affecting a few letters of text, early annotations to a few margins, light soiling to covers.

Bishop Lombard's theological dictionary based on the Sententiarum libri IV, Lombard's major contribution to scholasticism. ABPC records only a single copy coming to auction, in 1994. BMC II 499; HC 10201; Goff P498; GW M32602.
