MUHAMMAD IBN 'ABD AL-KHALIQ IBN MA'RUF.

Persian manuscript on polished paper, Kanz al-lughat. Dated 1239 (1823 C.E.). 230 leaves recto and verso, tall 4to, each page with 28 lines of black nasta'liq script, principal words in red, text blocks outlined in double gilt rule, first 2 pp ruled in blue and gold and with wide gold and polychrome floral borders, headpiece of gold, blue, red, white, black and green, period black blindstamped morocco, small marginal repair to second leaf, scattered few light stains, spine and edges rubbed.
