Of upright form, bearing a shibuichi-nuri ground and lacquered with a crow silhouetted against the full moon, perched on a sparsely-foliated maple branch while another prepares to alight, in black and red togidashi, the interior with a rinzu design in togidashi and e-nashiji, signed Shojusai with kao; with an ivory bead ojime. 9.2cm (3 5/8in).
