Bearing a rich kinji and usu-nashiji ground, lacquered with a continuous scene of the Rokkasen (Six Poets of the Ninth Century) in conversation, in gold, silver and slight-coloured togidashi, the interior of nashiji, signed Yamamoto Seiko (Masayuki) with red kao. 7.3cm (2 7/8in).
