A Victorian oak cased silver four piece tea and coffee service and flatware

the holloware by William Smily, London 1858
Compressed baluster form, the coffee pot of baluster form, embossed and chased in high relief with acanthus leaves, flowers and scrolls on a fish-scale ground, each engraved to one side with a monogram within a scroll-edged cartouche, with leaf-capped double scroll handles, the pots with ivory insulators and bird finials, the spouts with acanthus leaves and c-scrolls, each raised on four scroll bracket feet, the sugar bowl and milk jug with gilt interiors, the teapot with presentation inscription: together with an Albert pattern tableservice of flatware, by George Whiting, London 1858, placings for twelve, comprising: table forks, dessert forks, dessert spoons, four salt spoons 1856, and a pair of sugar tongs, 1871, all initialled, twelve modern Albert pattern table knives, by CJ Vander, Sheffield, 1986, with steel blades, twelve modern Albert pattern dessert spoons, by Solomon Joel Phillips, London 1986 and an electroplated fork, crested,, weight total excluding knives 193.5oz. Buyers' Premium and Charges

Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
