The present lot was consigned with an extensive album of photographs depicting China coast scenes icluding: external and internal views of the house owned by Messrs. Wilson Cornabé & Co. of Chefoo. James Wilson formed a partnership with William Alexander Cornabé after they left Boyd & Co., agents for Lloyds in Amoy in around 1863/4.
