A pale green jade seated Guanyin

18th/19th century
The deity finely carved with a serene expression, her hair wound into a topknot bound with a tiara containing a small Amitabha figure in the centre and covered with a long veil reaching down over her shoulders, draped in long flowing robes in thick folds, the softly-polished stone of pale tone, wood stand.
8.5cm (3 1/3in) high (2).
