Four white jade belt plaques

Ming Dynasty
Each plaque of even-toned white jade crisply carved with a writhing four-clawed dragon between two birds in flight and two lotus blossoms, all on a finely reticulated ground of foliate scrolls. The longest 12.6cm (5in) long (4).
