An Egyptian alabaster jar
Early Dynastic Period, circa 3100-2573 B.C.
Composed of three parts, the rounded rim, flaring shoulder, and body tapering to a flat base, 4in (10cm) high, and an Egyptian alabaster vessel, of elongated form, with flared neck and slender tapering body, Late Period, circa 664-332 B.C, 7in (17.5cm) (2)
