A lot of two military bolt action rifles: Japanese Type 99 and Yugoslavian M.48

Comprising: 1) Japanese Type 99 Arisaka rifle, sn. 31774, 7.7mm, Toko Juki Arsenal, blued finish, chamber retaining 'mon', right side of buttstock with repair (?) in the form of the 'rising sun'. Together with bayonet marked for the Kokura Arsenal, the scabbard retaining the brown leather belt frog. 2) Yugoslavian Model 1948 bolt action rifle, sn. 6334, blued finish, action with Yugoslavian crest, the side marked Preduzece 44 and Mod 98; stock with inspection initials and retaining brown leather strap; together with associated bayonet, the blued blade marked Karl Eickhorn and 8059/q; composition gripscales, black leather frog.
Condition: 1) Good to very good. Retaining much of the finish, mismatched bolt, rear sight missing 'wings', stock lacquered and showing cracks at wrist and butt and with some filled areas. Bayonet with dark patina, minor pitting, the frog worn and stained. 2) Very good to fine, bayonet scabbard dented, the frog showing wear and scuffing.
