A lieutenant's dress uniform coat of the Welsh Guards

The red wool coat with blue facings piped in white and embroidered with gold thread lace, the collar with silver thread leek; the cuffs with five brass regimental buttons back-marked for Pitt & Co. of London; front with two groups of five regimental buttons, the upper four by Pitt & Co., the others later replacements. Label for Meyer & Mortimer Ltd. of London with inked notation Lt C.L. Alabastor.
Condition: Fine. Six buttons on front are replacements, as noted, and four buttons are missing from the turnbacks.
