A New York militia officer's sword belt

The 3 1/8 inch rectangular die-struck brass plate with a rendering of the seal of the State of New York, the eagle shown with wings down and the whole enclosed by a laurel wreath. Reverse with applied tongue and belt loop with two keepers and mounted on original red morocco leather waistbelt, the reverse folded over a wovenliner. Saber straps have been removed.
Condition: Buckle with dark patina. Belt showing scuffing with one tear to back but very sound.
