A lot of two militia non-commissioned officer's swords

Comprising: 1) Straight 25 inch blade of oval section, brass guard with shell-form languets and spatulate quillons, checkered bone grip, brass helmet pommel. 2) Straight 25 1/2 inch blade of oval section, brass guard with flaring, rounded quillons and molded with foliage, reeded bone grip, brass ovoid pommel.
Condition: 1) Bright blade showing minor spotting, hilt with dark patina. 2) Blade with dark patina, rounded point and areas of pitting, hilt with dark patina, grip with one age crack.
