A pair of 32-bore Scottish all metal flintlock belt pistol, with highly unusual silver stock

By J Pratt of Edinburgh, late 18th century
With foliate engraved four stage barrels faceted at the flared muzzle and fluted at the breech, singed border engraved lock decorated with foliage, cock en suite, silver stocks with rounded butts and decorated overall with embossed and chased foliage in 'Celonse' fashion, the butt with a green man flanked by a pair of figures with engraved cartouche flanked by angels and birds, the wrist with oval cartouche engraved with the Clan badges of Clan Davidson and Clan Mackay, silver acorn shaped triggers, belt hooks and original iron ramrods each with baluster tips, iron parts with some rust patination.
