Jewelled keyless wind frosted gilt finished 3/4 plate English lever movement, cut and compensated bi-metallic balance, white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and outer minute divisions, blued steel double spade hands, eccentric seconds dial at 9, polished case with blue enamel Roman chapter secured with 3 screws, snap on case back, movement signed 'C.F.Hancock, 39 Bruton Street, LONDON, Patent No.3233' 43mm.
