A late 19th century French silvered carriage clock with repeat and alarm

Retailed by Beyer and Sohn
The Gothic architectural case surmounted by a knopped handle over the tiled roof, between four turrets, raised on the dentil moulded base, the matt gilt Roman and Arabic dial with subsidiary alarm setting dial below, within an ogee shaped gilt mask, the twin train spring barrel movement with lever platform escapement, striking and repeating on a blued steel gong. 22cm (8.5in)
