A late 19th century Austrian enamel boudoir timepiece

Modelled as a renaissance clock, surmounted by an 'onion' dome and five figural finials over a pierced gallery, the square section case with caryatid corners, raised on a plinth base with claw feet, the dome and case enriched with polychome vignettes painted with figures from classical mythology, the gallery and base with translucent enamel scrolls, foliage and flowers, the 1.25in Roman dial with conforming decoration, the watch type movement signed on the bridge. 22cm (8.75in)
