The arch top architectural case with a hinged, reeded handle and dentil moulding over silvered term pillars, raised on a stepped plinth base, the 2 inch enamel Roman dial with scroll borders and cartouches, over the conforming alarm setting dial, within a matt silvered mask, the twin train movement striking and repeating the hours and quarters on two steel gongs, the base with a three position setting lever for grande sonnerie, silence and petite sonnerie. 21cm (8.25in)
