Of brass, comprising a pair of flat curved sharply tapering arms each with iron tip (one repaired in brass) and intended for measuring the circumference of shot, the other pair of arms of flat tapering form with shaped iron tips and intended for measuring the bores of cannon, all on an integral circular turned hinge
