A Continental Case For A Pair Of Pin-Fire Revolvers And Accessories
Late 19th Century

Fitted and lined in orange velvet with tooled borders (one compartment lid missing), the interior of the lid retaining its padded silk liner, the exterior veneered in ebonised wood and with brass mounts, the lid (split) with vacant brass escutcheon elaborately pierced and engraved with foliage within a border of brass stringing (incomplete)
