Three Myochin school iron tsuba

18th/19th century
Comprising of a thickly-forged cross dished out to the raised rim and decorated on the web with morning glories and hechima gourds, bearing a rich black-brown patina; a small plate formed as a hawk in the style of Munemasa, the surface with traces of lacquer; a circular plate with a sharply raised rounded rim and decorated with splashes of sahari 3 1/4in (8.3cm) long (the largest)
