A lacquer four-case inro
By Koma Kyuhaku, 19th century
Of lenticular section and lacquered in gold and colored hiramakie and takamakie against a rogin-nuri ground with a kite in the form of a male attendant (yakko), the reverse with the kite string and a battledore (hagoita) and a feather shuttlecock, interior cases lacquered nashiji, signed Koma Kyuhaku saku 3 5/8in (9.1cm) high
