An engraved King of Prussia airtwist wine glass, circa 1756
The round funnel bowl decorated with the half-length portrait of Frederick II inscribed below KING of PRUSSIA, his left arm pointing to a flower spray on the reverse, set on a multi-spiral stem with central swelling, conical foot, 16.5cm high

The engraving may commemorate the alliance between England and Prussia during the Seven Years War. For an almost identical example see that in the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, illustrated in the Catalogue (1978), p.104, no.266c
