A Mennecy silver-mounted rectangular snuff box, circa 1760
Moulded with basketwork on the cover and base and basketwork panels to the sides, painted with flower sprays and further, scattered blooms, the inside cover similarly decorated, the mounts with discharge mark of Eloy Brichard, Paris, 1756-62, and possibly crowned R, Paris, 1757-58, 6.8cm across
