Lengthy discussion of his impressions on visiting Berlin and touring the new UFA Studios, commenting on their work-in-progress. He dines with FRITZ LANG and sees his collection of jades and ivories.
2. 2 Typed Letters Signed ("Marcel l'Herbier"), 2 1/4 pp recto and verso, 4to, Paris, 1929 & [1935], on letterhead, concerning casting for Nuits de Princes and with a discussion of the cinematographer on Vielle d'armes, taking to task a reviewer who did not identify him (Kruger).
3. 2 Typed Letters Signed and 1 Autograph Letter Signed ("Marcel l'Herbier"), 4 pp, 4to and 8vo, 1967-1968, concerning the founding of a new film history society and one to Jacques Deslandes about his criticisms. Plus a signed card and an inscribed photograph.
