COOPER'S APOLLO-SATURN PAPERS AND SOUVENIRS.

A collection of about 18 items from Gordon Cooper's Apollo Collection, comprising:
1. "Contribution of MSC Personnel to the Manned Lunar Exploration Symposium," June 15-16, 1964, 85 pp. With conceptual illustrations of a lunar mission and early Lunar Module designs. Inscribed and signed: "My personal copy, Gordon Cooper."
2. Three 8 x 10 inch photolithographs of various Apollo missions.
3. "Lunar Flight Plan." MSFC, 12 pp. Pamphlet illustrating the objectives from Apollo.
4. "Launch Operations Center, SATURN." 9 pp. Features 9 large photographic illustrations of Saturn I activities.
5. "Apollo / Saturn Lunar Landing Program." NAA, 20 pp. Describes and illustrates the steps to achieve a lunar landing.
6. "NASA Astronauts." NASA EP-34. 39 pp. Contains short biographies of all astronauts as of 1967.
7. "Apollo 8, Man Around the Moon." NASA EP-66. 24 pp. * "Mission Report, Apollo 10." MR-4/EP-70. 12 pp. * "Mission Report, Apollo 11." MR-5. 8 pp. * "Apollo 12 to the Moon." McDonnell-Douglas. 8 pp. with folding maps. * "In this Decade, Mission to the Moon." EP-71. 48 pp.
8. "LM System Description." Grumman, 9 pp. Released during Apollo 11, describes the LM's major systems and includes a black and white photograph.
9. A 48 x 21 inch "NASA Facts—Journey to the Moon" poster illustrating major events of a lunar flight.
10. An Apollo 11 commemorative coin and an Apollo X deck of playing cards.
