LEVCHENKO'S JUMPSUIT FROM SOYUZ TM-4.

"TZK" cold-weather jumpsuit flown on Soyuz TM-4. Royal blue nylon ciré, insulated, gold nylon lining. Ribbed knit striped collar and cuffs, elastic stirrups. Zipper stretching from small of back, under crotch, and up to neck, covered by snap-fastened placket. 2 patch pockets on chest, 2 hand pockets, 2 inside pockets. Mir patch on chest, Soviet State Seal near clavicle, Soviet standard on left sleeve.

Flown on Soyuz TM-4, the fourth manned spacecraft to dock with Mir, in December 1987. This jumpsuit belonged to cosmonaut Anatoly Levchenko [1941-1988], who was in training for the Buran space shuttle project which was later scrapped. Levchenko, and this jumpsuit, spent over a week in space.
