LIFTOFF FROM HADLEY.

"Ascent Monitor Chart, Apollo 15." First edition, May 3, 1971. Photographic chart on plastic, in three sections, taped together and folding, 31 x 8 inches.

Signed and inscribed by DAVE SCOTT: "Liftoff from Hadley, Dave Scott, Apollo 15 CDR." The upper two portions of the chart show the ascent path, while the lower portion is a close-up of the landing site at 26 times larger scale.
