CARRIED ON THE FLIGHT.
Flown Apollo 13 Beta emblem, 4 inches in diameter. Printed on Beta cloth, 8 inches square.

INSCRIBED AND INITIALED by James Lovell below the emblem: "This Beta emblem went to the moon on the flight of Apollo 13. J.L." Signed just below the emblem by JAMES LOVELL and above the emblem by FRED HAISE.
