FLOWN BETA CLOTH EMBLEM FROM APOLLO 11.

An Apollo 11 crew Beta cloth emblem, 4½ inches square. Mounted on a color 10 x 12 inch NASA certificate which reads: "This Beta emblem traveled to the Moon with Apollo 11, the first manned lunar landing." The certificate has an illustration of the plaque left on the lunar surface with the additional wording of: "Apollo 11, July 16-24, 1969. ARMSTRONG – COLLINS – ALDRIN." Along the bottom edge are the first words by Neil Armstrong after stepping on the Moon: "One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."

The Beta emblem has been signed by BUZZ ALDRIN along the top edge.
