STAFFORD'S CLOTH CREW EMBLEM FLOWN IN LUNAR MODULE SNOOPY.

Flown on Apollo 10, a shield-shaped cloth crew emblem, 4 inches across. Mounted between paragraphs on a Typed Letter Signed by Thomas P. Stafford.

With THOMAS P. STAFFORD'S signed provenance letter, reading in part: "This cloth patch was carried to the Moon on the Apollo X flight.... The patch flew to within 50,000 of the lunar surface in our Lunar Module named 'Snoopy.' Over one billion viewers on earth watched the first color television from space and lunar orbit during the eight day flight. This patch has been in my private collection since 1969."
