A Meissen group allegorical of Autumn, 19th century
After the model by J.J Kaendler, modelled in the round set with four putti holding vines and bunches of grapes, circling a central semi-recumbent goat, on a grassy base edged in scrollwork picked out in gold, 16.8cm high, crossed swords in underglaze-blue, incised v2499, various impressed numerals, gilt numeral B5 (some restoration to extremities)
