of rectangular form with cut corners, the hinged top inlaid with an enamelled panel of angels and cherubs within a scrolling border on a matt finished ground with engraved motifs of musical instruments cupids bows and arrows withing a bright cut border, the sides and base engraved with banded lattice, Swiss 1810. Impressed marks to interior, impressed numbers 594.
