A George IV mahogany davenport

the top with a 3/4 pierced brass gallery above a hinged leather inset writing step enclosing two short drawers, with a pull out hinged drawer to one side and writing slide to the other, above two shelves, one with a drawer joined by turned column supports, raised on lobed bun feet with recessed castors, 50cm wide, 53cm deep, 85cm high (19.5in wide, 20.5in deep, 33in high).
