The immaculate wooden framed house with exterior of paper red brick effect to ground floor and cream stippling with Tudor beaming above, red paper tiled pitch roof and two chimneys, on a large base with painted grass and mock shrubs, two steps to front door with shallow porch, four large glazed windows with painted white window bars, and garage to side, back opens to four rooms, hallway and staircase, all with original papers to walls and floors, together with a good selection of original contents including a set of two Tri-ang Queen Anne period settees with floral upholstery, writing armchair, three ladder back chairs, two easy chairs and two footstools and dining cabinet with cabriole legs, boxed Tri-ang side table, arm chair with velvet seat, upright piano, china cabinet and three dining room chairs, Pit-A-Pat series including fire-place with mirror, cutlery stand, bed, mirror, wardrobe, writing desk, side table, two chairs, two chest of draws, radio, barometer and telephone, together with miniature glasses, pictures, ironing board, washboard, ceramic bath, sewing machine and more, together with five extremely fine Leonard Moss miniature pieces of furniture in the Chinoiserie style, including a secretaire, marriage chest and cabinet, 1994. 54cm (21in) tall, 89cm (35in), 34cm (13 1/2in) deep.
