Following the sale of his Britains Reference Collection (Bonhams 31 March 2009), Bill McDade brings to the market his beautiful quality collection of Hausser-Elastolin and Lineol composition figures with accompanying tinplate vehicles. Along with the 70mm figures from these manufacturers is an astonishing set (lot 1200) in the same scale by Heyde and a number of Dime-store toy soldiers in a similar size.
