The first of iron, shaped to the fore-arm (three old patched repairs) and slightly flared at the wrist, the outer surface engraved with pairs of waved lines, together with a wrist-plate retaining some riveted mail; the second with domed skull decorated with etched pseudo Arabic inscriptions, the brim pierced with a row of small holes carrying the remains of a camail, central spike of diamond section, and adjustable nasal (2)
