The first open down the front and held together by three groups of three knotted buff-leather buttons and loops, a further button and loop at the top, the front and back with deep pockets, and the borders throughout cut with close-set slotted decoration highlighted against an inner trim of slender brown leather; the second of brown leather faced in woven bullion threads (tarnished, some wear), the frog covered in green velvet front and back, and with adjustable brass buckle and clip (2)
