NELSON, ADMIRAL LORD HORATIO (1758-1805)

A document signed ('Nelson & Bronte'), being the second copy of the court martial investigating the conduct of Capt. Arthur Farquhar, officers and company Bomb vessel Acheron in the action off Sardinia on 3rd-4th February 1805, and finding their actions honorable and therefore acquitted, 4 pages (one bifolium), Palma Bay, Sardinia, 28 March 1805, slight discolouration and tears in folds, the signature neatly excised and repaired
