Six Tibetan thangkas

All paint and gilt on fabric with brocade surround, the first with large central Sakyamuni and scenes of events from the life of the historic Buddha, image 59cm x 42cm, the second a tantric image of Vajrasattva with his consort in a landscape with the Buddha Samantabhadra above, image 54cm x 40cm, a mandala with central Sakyamuni and other buddhas and protective deities some in tantric poses inside circular enclosure, the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara in his Ekadasamukha form stands at the top while Phalden Lhamo rides at the base, image 45cm x 34.5cm, another mandala with similar design but painted in darker palette with gilt detailing and Nagaraksha below, image 58cm x 43cm, a third dark mandala comprising five roundels of buddhas in abhaya mudra radiating out and a further four roundels in corners, at the top a buddha with two medicine pots and blue protective deity with three faces and many arms in yab-yum, image 44cm x 34cm, the last mandala with the same layout as previous example but in warmer palette and with Nagaraksha at bottom,
