Scarce early Prynne pamphlet, in which he attempts to prove that the custom of drinking healths is sinful, and observing "among al[l] the grosse and crying sinnes which have of late defiled, and over-spread our Nation... there are few more common, few more dangerous, hurtfull, and pernicious, then the unnaturall, unthrifty, odious, and swinish sinne of drunkenesse".
