Chapman, 1761", manuscript on vellum, on 29 sheets comprising: title within a large rococo cartouche decorated with allegorical figures and architectural ruins, incorporating the Kenrick Clayton arms and an inset view of the estate, and 27 estate plans (5 folding, including one on 2 sheets joined, 530 x 1420mm., one with half-page frontal view of "The South Prospect of Flower House"), nineteenth century red half morocco, folio (530 x 305mm.), [1761]--"Plans of the Esates of Sir Robert Clayton Bart. Lying the County of Surry. Drawn by Yeakell & Gardner, 1781", manuscript on paper, title within ornamental border, 40 pen and ink estate plans (some partially hand-coloured) each with accompanying leaf of references, and index leaf, early red morocco gilt, 8vo (207 x 137mm.)
