PICASSO and LÉGER

Presentation signatures of Pablo Picasso and Fernand Léger in a copy of J. Eluard, Anthologie des Écrits sur l'Art, in three volumes, publisher's orange boards printed in black, some dampstaining to endpapers of volume one, 4to, Paris, Editions Cercle d'Art, 1952-1954

Picasso and Léger have boldly inscribed the half-title of the second volume for M. Belot, in red and blue crayon, the recipient possibly being the painter, illustrator and printmaker Gabriel Belot (1882-1962).
