Autograph letter signed, to a print dealer or publisher ("Sir"), asking him to send by rail, with invoice, a framed engraving of Richmond's portrait of the late Queen Adelaide to Bernard Husey Hunt of Lewes, Sussex; having been shown the print a few days before, Lear understands that it would cost about thirty shillings, "the frame and the case for sending it into the country included", 3 pages, tipped onto an album leaf, 8vo, 65 Oxford Terrace, Hyde Park, 16 June 1853

Bernard Husey Hunt was a solicitor in the firm of Hunt, Carrey & Nicholson of Lewes. He was one of Lear's boyhood friends and was to serve as his executor. He accompanied Lear in a walking tour of Switzerland the following year.
