A Victorian Leith Police ebony and silver tipstaff

The cast crown final above a band engraved with the arms of Leith with the motto 'Sigillum Oppidi De Leith' and the motto 'Persevere' below, the ebony shaft with white metal band engraved 'Leith Police 3rd Ward', and butt cap engraved with a crown and 'VR' Cypher, long 18cm, diameter of shaft 1.5cm.
