A ebony and white metal Leith tipstaff

Possibly Leith High Constables, with ebony shaft and silver end caps, the first with raised crown above 'VR', the other engraved with the arms of Leith with the title 'Sigillum Oppidi De Leith and the motto 'Persevere' below, Diameter 2cm. 11.5cm long.
