A Victorian Leith police white metal and ebony tipstaff

With ebony shaft with white metal end caps, the first engraved with a crown above 'VR', and '2nd Com.3rd ward' the other engraved 'Leith Police 1842' and engraved with the arms of Leith, 12.5cm long, diameter 1.5cm.
