A Victorian presentation silver mounted ram's head snuff mull

Maker's mark lacking to lid of mull, only thistle mark present, the later tools by Goldsmith's and Silversmith's Co, London 1920
The horns terminating in thistle mounts each set with a faceted paste, the hinged cover thistle-embossed and set with an oval-cut paste, applied with a presentation shield and suspending various tools to include hammer, rake, spoon, rabbits foot, etc., height 24cm.

The presentation inscription reads;
Presented by Mrs Deane Freeman to the Mess of the Royal Elthorne Lt Inft M(?) April 1856
