A William IV three piece tea service

By John Austen of Dundee, also with stamp probably of Adam Elder, Edinburgh 1830
All on plain circular foot, the body of pinched circular form embossed to the top half with scrolls and flowers, the teapot with partially domed lid and acanthus leaf and bud finial, extending to floral embossed everted rim, the scroll handles and spout with acanthus leaf decoration, the sugar and cream jug with gilt interior, cased within a mahogany trunk, weight 51oz.
