Late 19th/early 20th century
Comprising a transfer printed plate with moulded border, printed with the sayings 'Employ time well thou meanest to gain leisure. One today is worth two tomorrows' and 'Since thou art not sure of a minute, throw not away an hour', 15.5cm diameter, a hand painted plate decorated to the centre with floral designs, the border relief moulded with dogs, a hare, a cat and flowers, 17.5cm diameter, and a small hand painted bowl centred by a stylised flower motif, 9.5cm diameter, impressed 808, hand painted Buchan (3)
